During the registration process, you must furnish accurate information, including but not limited to a valid email address, a secure password, and any other details as may be requested. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that transpire under your account. The Noty Team reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate any provision of this Agreement, engage in illegal activities, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or malicious conduct. Upon termination, all rights and licenses conferred upon you under this Agreement shall immediately cease, and you will be precluded from accessing your account and any associated data, subject to the provisions of applicable laws regarding data retention.
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, associated with the Noty application, its software, content, and design, are the exclusive property of the Noty Team. These rights are safeguarded by domestic and international intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that you have no proprietary rights in the Noty Service, except for the limited rights explicitly granted to you under this Agreement.
Subject to your strict compliance with the terms of this Agreement, the Noty Team grants you a non - exclusive, non - transferable, and revocable license to use the Noty Service for personal, non - commercial purposes. This license does not permit you to modify, copy, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Noty Service without the prior written consent of the Noty Team.
l You are strictly prohibited from using the Noty Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes, such as money laundering, identity theft, and the dissemination of harmful or illegal content.
l Do not post, transmit, or share any content that is offensive, defamatory, pornographic, or that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of third parties.
l Refrain from engaging in any activities that may disrupt the normal operation of the Noty Service, such as spamming, using automated scripts without authorization, or conducting distributed denial - of - service (DDoS) attacks.
l Do not attempt to access, modify, or interfere with the accounts of other users, the Noty Service infrastructure, or any security mechanisms in place.
Any content you submit to the Noty Service remains your property, but by submitting it, you grant the Noty Team a worldwide, non - exclusive, royalty - free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and perform such content in connection with the operation of the Noty Service. You are fully accountable for the accuracy, legality, and propriety of all content you submit and will indemnify the Noty Team against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your content.
The Noty Service may incorporate links to third - party websites, services, or applications. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of location, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Either you or the Noty Team may terminate this Agreement at any time. In the event of termination, you must immediately cease using the Noty Service, and the Noty Team shall have the right to delete your account and any associated data in accordance with its data retention policies and applicable laws.
